We have a position open here at SRA for EVMS Specialists. We are expanding our PCO office and EVM Focal Point office and are hiring! These positions will be located in our Arlington Va or Fairfax VA offices.
SRA is seeking someone with strong experience in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation and validation, and Government Program Management background to support the newly formed SRA EVM Focal Point Office (EVM FPO).
- Support multiple projects providing oversight and assistance with integrated program management plans, Control Account plans, resource loaded networks, resource leveling, estimates, cost/schedule baselines control, EV statusing, VAR development and identifying risk.
- Perform CPR quality assurance.
- Oversee the implementation and operation of the EVM tools and processes, develop and maintain EVMS documentation, develop and provide EVM training to management and engineering staff, and oversee gathering and maintenance of metrics on program performance.
- Participate in corporate liaisons with ACOs and DCMA.
- Periodically review EV CDRLs and support program reviews.
- Audit programs for compliance with the EVM DFAR clauses and SRA EVM standards and ensure consistent application of the program management process and tools under CMMI Level 3.
We are looking for 2 levels- 3-5+ years (Mid Level) of experience and 8+ years of experience (Sr Level). Requires strong analytical, organizational and communications skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments with little management oversight.
Experience with EVMS (ANSI 748), EVM metrics, applicable DIDs, DOD and NDIA guidelines, EVMS implementation under CMMI Level 3, IBRs, Resource Planning, Program Management on all contract types in Federal contracting environment, Cost Accounting (CAS-compliant), and PMO operations.
Hands-on experience with Cobra, wInsight, and MS Project tools.
- Experience with EVMS validation and strong customer and CAM relationship skills
