I have calculated EQP from manhours for BAC and EAC in Administrator. Based on our calendars, the data looks fine. I am trying to understand the Format 4 report. Is this report supposed to sum EQP for the contract at completion? Any help would be appreciated. I am trying to understand how to interpret this report.

You are correct. The report shows the estimate to complete for functional categories, in labor months. According to the official CPR DID, the data should be for the forecast (estimate to complete), although wInsight does provide an alternative version of the report, Format 4 (BAC). The data is populated in the Manpower table in Administrator. However if you click the option in Recalculation to "Calculate Manpower", the data will be calculated using your calendar hours and the data in the Future Period/ETC table table. Eleanor Haupt
