Is there a field that shows the % of budget a particular element is? i'v build a filter that i hard coded the budget amount in, but that obviously doesn't help across multiple programs. i'm looking for the info wInsight references in the AI report when it identifies how much an element represents. Thanks in advance! Tim

so, it has been almost a year...... in trying to establish EV reporting that avoids diluting the impact of critical, but low-dollar activities, i had to individually read 136 AI Narratives. one interesting result was the while common sense says focus on the elements with the largest impact to budget, in our case it is the "small stuff" that most often become "show stoppers" (really). dollar and percentage threshold reporting/analysis almost always fails to identify critical failure points. using the result of the AI Narratives, we are developing an approach to variance reporting that is targeting not only risk, but impact vs. just blindly following variances based on large numbers. cannot at the moment report useful results, but it would have been a great time-saver if Deltek included a % of contract field. cheers, ya'll
