Hello, How does one create and save a completely new VIEW? Thank you

To create a new view: Insert new columns by selecting the column to the right of where you want the new column. Right mouse click on the column heading, then select Column, Insert. Select the new field. Delete any unwanted columns by right mouse clicking on the column, then selecting Column, Delete. Change (redefine) a column by double clicking on the column heading, then selecting a new field. To save your new view: Click the Views button. Scroll down and select from the list. Click Copy and then Edit. In the dialogue box, give it a meaningful name and make sure that the box is checked for "Show in View Menu". You can also rearrange the columns in this dialogue box by selecting a field and clicking the Up or Down button. You're done. You may want to see what custom views, filters, and charts I've created.
