A coworker would like to know why she's getting the red arrow for CV in her Project in wInsight when her CPI is .909
I looked into the Winsight Admin book and under Colors & Thresholds it gives the condition of red
as "unsatisfactory  (if < red threshold then red). The red threshold is "worse than -10%".)
Those arrows don't make sense to me. Can you shed some light?
Here's a summary of her data as it appears in Winsight:

I see that my picture didn't take, so here's a summary of the Winsight data:

Cumulative Values

BCWS   22359
BCWP   20162
ACWP   22181

CPI   .909
SPI   .902

Winsight CV is a red arrow (pointing up)
Winsight SV is a yellow arrow (pointing down)

Thanks.

Judy:

It is possible for the CPI and CV% to have different colors.

Here is what is happening (sample data):

BCWP ACWP CV CPI CV%
9,090 10,005 -915 0.909
-10.1
                                                              Yellow        Red

The color coding is working properly.  CV% gets a color code of red, since it is worse than -10%.

You can also show a color code for CPI.  In this case, it would be yellow.  Insert the field, CpiTrCum, to show the color rating and arrow for the CPI.

Each of these fields, CpiTrCum and CvTrCum, each get a separate color rating based on how the color thresholds are set in Administrator.

Let me know if this doesn't answer the question.

Judy:

I saw your data after I posted my reply.

Your CV% is -10.014%, which would be red.  Your CPI would be yellow.
