I am trying to create a custom report but when I display it, I don't get the info I asked for.

Here's the template

Format 5 Input Report

As of: (|EndDate|)

Contract Name: (|ContrName|)

Contract Number: (|ContrNum|)

Contractor: (|CtrName|)

Contract Element Code: (|WbsNum|)

Element Name: (|ElemDesc|)

Manager: (|Manager|)

Project Officer: (|ProjOff|)

(|NarrElemPer|Fmt5|)

Summary Cost Account:  (|WbsNum|)

Organization:   (|Xref1|)

CURRENT MONTH

Cost Variance: (|CvCur|)          Schedule Variance: (|SvCur|)

BCWS: (|BcwsCur|)     BCWP: (|BcwpCur|)    ACWP: (|AcwpCur|)

CUMULATIVE THROUGH  (|EndDate|)

Cost Variance: (|CvCum|)         Schedule Variance: (|SvCum|)

BCWS: (|BcwsCum|)   BCWP: (|BcwpCum|)   ACWP: (|AcwpCum|)

When I run the report, the only data that shows up is Manager and Organization.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks.

Judy:

If you reference a field that is not in the Earned Value table, you need to add the name of the table in front. For example:

(|Period|EndDate|)
(|Contract|ContrName|)
(|Contract|ContrNum|)
(|Contractor|CtrName|)
(|Element|WbsNum|)
(|Element|ElemDesc|)
(|Element|Manager|)
(|Element|ProjOff|)

You also need to a reference to the month of data for the EV data. For example:

(|BcwsCur|(-0)|) for the current reporting month
(|BcwsCur|(-1)|) for the prior month
etc

Use the following to pull the VAR field: (|Fmt5Var|(-0)|)

This should work. If not, let me know.

regards,
Eleanor
