Need a Contractor for a Project in Dallas

Responsible for providing support in managing eight Tier II Subcontractors

· Provide financial analysis and reporting support to the Ground Sensor Developers Lead Analyst

· Lead and support Estimate at Completion efforts for subcontractors

· Reconcile monthly subcontractor logs

· Process and analyze Budget Change Requests

· Interface directly with Raytheon and non-Raytheon subcontractor finance personnel to solve program issues

· Consolidate and analyze monthly program subcontractor EVMS data

· Prepare ad hoc financial analysis on subcontractor data

· Track and report Not-to-Exceed subcontractor weekly/monthly expenditures

· Providing financial support & guidance to Program Subcontractor Managers

· Develop and implement process to improve subcontractor financial reporting & analysis

· Support Integrated Baseline Reviews at the Subcontractor sites

Basic Qualifications (required skills):

Strong MS Office – Excel skills

Earned Value Management System (EVMS) knowledge and/or experience

Experience using MPM financial system

Government contracting or DoD experience

Self-starter

Strong attention to details

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Positive team-oriented attitude
