I exported a Winsight file (using Winsight Admin) and sent the file to a collegue after zipping it.
When this person loads the data and runs a CPR1 report, the Cost Element Description is not showing
up on the report.  The Cost Element Description is also not showing up in the Winsight application.

I see all data in my Winsight.

I would first check your export options. If you had not selected Element Details, then such items as the element description will not be exported.

You will probably need to export the data again, after selecting the correct options.
