CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER:

Marty Doucette is a recognized expert in assisting organizations in their management of costs and schedules in large federal contracts. He is the architect and the lead developer of Elán products and services - an innovative portal-based solution for the design and implementation of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). Marty has for over twenty-eight years assisted organizations in their implementation of role-based management systems. He is a highly accomplished program developer/manager with extensive experience in learning content management systems, classical classroom programs, interactive authoring, DVD production, graphics, animation, technical and managerial writing and all related staff management and training management. Marty is the author of Microsoft Project for Dummies. He is also the developer of wInsight Companion Suite, a group of virtual help applications for users of Deltek wInsight and its related products.

EVM DESIGN:

Eleanor Haupt oversees EVMS Specialist Customer instant care. Eleanor has over 26 years of experience in the Department of Defense acquisition community, specializing in earned value management.  She is a certified wInsight instructor and has taught hundreds of individuals with her custom designed training materials.    Eleanor specializes in all aspects of earned value training, teaching thousands of project team members throughout her career.  She also specializes in preparing project teams for Integrated Baseline Reviews, and has facilitated numerous reviews.  She is widely regarded as an international expert in performance management and has authored or co-authored various guides.  Her current interests include integrated project management, wInsight customization, developing new analytical techniques, and the cultural aspects of organizational performance management. She is the past president of the PMI College of Performance Management. Eleanor is one of the country’s best known and respected instructors and subject matter experts in the field of performance management. Previously, she oversaw performance management at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. Eleanor is an author and a certified wInsight trainer.

EVM SPECIALIST:

Susan Wood oversees Customer EVMS Implementation Plan development. Susan has over 27 years of experience in the Department of Defense acquisition community, specializing in earned value management.  One of her specialties is earned value compliance, and she is certified as a review team chief.  Susan was a key player in implementing an earned value management system for government in house activities.  She also specializes in all aspects of earned value training and has taught thousands of project team members throughout her career.  Susan has prepared project teams for Integrated Baseline Reviews, and facilitated numerous reviews.  Her current interests include EVM implementation, baseline reviews, and training. She is the past president of the PMI College of Performance Management
