Assign Earned Value Management Processes to Managers

The Project Manager needs to assign the 9 Earned Value Management Processes to Managers.

In the Trial Portal, only Guideline 1 work is unlocked and available for use. This only involves Process 1. (Assigning Processes 2-8 is of little use until the portal is unlocked into the full version.)

Hover the cursor over the Manage tab and select "Process Manager Assignment" from the drop-down menu.

The Process Assignment page will appear.

Click the dropdown menu next to Process 1, Organization Management, to assign it to a Manager. That Manager will now have permissions in Process 1, and can assign users to work on the Performance Criteria in that Process.
