The Users must complete the EVMS Inventories assigned to them by their Managers.
Afer logging in, a User should click the "Inventories" tab.

This will take the User to the Inventories list.

The list of EVMS Inventories will be displayed. (In the Trial Portal, only Inventories related to Guideline 1 will appear. These are only the Inventories in Activity 1.2 Define Work.)
On the left are the EVMS Activities. Clicking on the "G 1" text below the Activity title will display the relevant EVMS Guideline text in a pop-up window.
In the middle are the EVMS Inventories. Inventories not assigned to the user will show a black dash. Inventories assigned to the user will show check-marks. These display completion and incompletion of the assigned Inventories. The check-marks in the left column are for the Inventory completion while the check-marks in the right column are for eLearning completion. While the Inventories can be viewed before the relevant eLearning is completed, text entered into them cannot be submitted until the relevant eLearning has been completed by the user with a passing score.
Clicking on the check-mark in the right column will launch the eLearning. Any user can take any of the eLearning courses if desired. Users are only required to complete the eLearning relevant to the Inventories assigned to them by their Managers. Once the eLearning has been completed with a passing score, the User may complete the Inventory. (Users must be sure to click "Submit" at the end of the Inventory to store any work in the database.) The User should also indicate whether or not the Inventory is fully complete by choosing this option next to "Submit".
On the right of the Inventories page are the EVMS Documents relevant to the Inventories displayed on the page.
