The trial portal is limited to 12 user accounts.

The user who signs up for the trial portal is assigned the Project Manager security role, giving that user full permission within the trial portal. The Project Manager can:

• Add, edit and delete portal user accounts
• Send group emails to users and security roles
• Assign managers to Earned Value Management Processes
• Assign users to Earned Value Management Activities and Performance Criteria
• View completion status for Performance Criteria and eLearning
• Perform any Manager tasks
• Perform any Registered User tasks

Managers, who must be added to the portal by the Project Manager, have full permissions within the Performance Criteria assigned to them. Managers can:

• Assign users to Earned Value Management Activities and Performance Criteria within the Processes that they have permissions in
  • (As above, the Project Manager assigns Processes to Managers)
• View completion status for Performance Criteria and eLearning
• Perform any Registered User tasks

Registered Users are project worker employees who must be added to the portal by the Project Manager. They can:

• Perform the eLearning related to the Performance Criteria that have been assigned to them
• Perform the work that is assigned to them in the Performance Criteria
•  Edit the text fields in Documents which are taken from the Performance Criteria assigned to them
