Click on the "View All Documents" link from the Inventories page and the All Documents page will appear:

(Note in the Trial Portal, only the documents related to Guideline 1 will appear. There are four of them.)

Clicking on one of the Documents will take you into the Print View for that particular Document:

The "Save This Document" and "Save All Documents" links at the top of the page can be used to save an html copy of the Documents and any files or links attached to them to the User's local computer. Just save the .zip archive to the computer's hard drive. Right-click on the file and Extract it. The Documents can then be viewed locally by clicking on their files in the extracted folder.

The Document above is in "Print View". Selecting the "Edit View" radio button from the top right of the page will allow the User to edit in place any fields that the User has permission for in that Document.
